I have to pass comment on how awesome DaVinci Italian restaurant is, as a regular business visitor to Phuket Thailand I have to admit that I just love the food and hospitality at DaVinci. The food is to die for, always fresh, hot and full of flavour with the most spectaculor presentation pretty well covers the food side. Then comes the service from the time you arrive you arrive to the time you depart the service is exceptional with lots of friendly smiles from the beautiful Thai waitresses.
DaVinci doesn’t do food or service by halves they as they have perfected perfect is every aspect. What I found ironic after my fourth visit back within 3 months is that everything always remains consistent, never over done nor under done which for me and my guests is always enjoyable.
The DaVinci restaurant is one of the most traditional Italian restaurants on the island of Phuket and is located in the southern most part of the Island in Nai Harn village, which is an idyllic quiet location far from the crowds of Kata, Karon and Patong.
The restaurant has been well designed it has two dining areas, one which is in a pleasant Alfresco setting with chandeliers and beautiful decor while the other offers a more relaxed ambient atmosphere with a play area for the children. Parents will be able to enjoy their food will the kids are occupied in the play room.
When you want to chill out and relax doing in style at the “V” Lounge this is a Cocktail & Wine Bar where many island residents go to relax and enjoy listening to laid back music whilst they enjoy a refreshing cocktail or cool glass of wine. The choice is yours enjoy “V” Lounge for pre dinner drinks or after dinner drinks or just for a the sake of relaxing.
If you are after a private dining room experience that DaVinci offers a private dining room capable of seating up to 36 guests, it is ideal for smaller parties, weddings or even business meetings.
The thing that impressed me the most is that DaVinci strive to offer fresh Italian cuisine and culinary treats which remain both simple but sophisticated in preparation and presentation, all meals are prepared fresh and made from freshest ingredients which are sourced locally on the island every day.
If you visit DaVinci you need to try their Pasta dishes it is what has made DaVinci so recognised and renowned as well as their mouth watering main courses. The freshest Australian Beef, Pork, Lamb, Seafood and White Snapper whilst at the same time DaVinci provides a full menu of thin crusted wood fired Pizza’s cooked in a traditional wood fired oven. We all appreciate that a great meal tastes even better with a great fresh glass of wine. The DaVinci Wine list offers over 100 wines from around the world all this as well as a very comprehensive full Cocktail menu.
The DaVinci Italian restaurant is not just another restaurant, it is an experience of taste, service and atmosphere. A place where the locals and people in the know love to wine, dine and relax.
